A large national health care provider was involved in litigation that included multiple parties, cross complaints and damages, as well as an associated sharp and unexpected increase in outside counsel fees and expenses. Legalbill then provided customized reports containing trend analysis of fees and expenses, a strategic assessment of the situation and associated recommendations, which would increase the efficiency of the management of the case.

Using Legalbill's recommendations from the review and analysis, the provider found its current approach to be economically unfeasible, and that the matter could be litigated in a much more cost effective and simplified manner.
